The only information we record is contact and communications information and member details
We use your personal data for;
Administration of your club membership, including informing you about court / facilities opening hours;
Taking payment of membership fees;
Administration of the Wimbledon ballot;
Communication about our Venue activities that we think may be of interest to you;
We do not sell or share your personal data with other organisations

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and UK data protection laws we are obliged to provide all existing and future members with a copy of our Privacy Policy (see below).

Sonning Common Tennis Club is committed to promoting safeguarding at all times and prioritising the well-being of all children and adults at risk. 

We are registered with the Lawn Tennis Association and in accordance with their requirements for best practice we have Codes of Conduct and a number of policies such as safeguarding, diversity and inclusion which can be accessed below.

Our Safeguarding Policy strives to minimise risk, deliver a positive tennis experience for everyone and respond appropriately to all safeguarding concerns or disclosures.

By joining our club all members must agree to abide by our rules and policies where applicable.
